Once a repair request is received, we will contact you within 1-2 hours to organize a pickup. For Sydney customers we use same day courier service. Once a time is agreed on, we will order a courier to pickup your device within 4 hours. On the same day the device will be delivered to our office, if parts are in stock and you were promised a same day repair service, the device will be repaired and shipped back immediately. The device should be received back same day or next day. To ensure the device is delivered back the same day please book your job early or a VIP courier order will be issue at extra cost. Total turn around 1-2 days.
